WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DISPATCHED?

 1-2 working days for items to be dispatched.

Some items are made on demand, this is listed in description. For these items please allow 5-10 days to be printed and dispatched.

 

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

At this stage we only ship to Australia using our courier service using a flat fee of $20.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

NZ  TRACKED COURIER   1-2 working days 

AUSTRALIA TRACKED COURIER 7-14 working days

Due to covid overseas it may take a little longer than usual. This is out of our control.

   

I HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

There are no refunds if you order the wrong size, please check sizing before completing your purchase.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN SALE ITEMS? 

We do not accept returns on sale items. 

 

 WHERE ARE MY ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED??

Every purchase will receive a confirmation of order email.

When purchase is dispatched you will also receive a email with tracking number.

Please check your junk/spam folders for these emails as unfortunately sometimes they slip into these folders.

If you are having trouble tracking your items please contact the courier company with your tracking number.

Once items leave our premises, it is out of our hands.

However if there is any trouble with not receiving items please contact us kaitiaki.clothing@outlook.com and we will do what we can to help.
